Stripes in the game

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?

When I play Gems of war, i get on my own character stripes on the screen, when i play with another team. The first character is normal without stripes. I thought it was my videocard but when i use another team I dont see those stripes.
I have this in about 1 day. Yesterday i could login after i change my pw. Cause i couldnt play before cause the crash.
But before i was ouf of the game i didnt have the stripes. So can you fix this?

What are the steps to make it happen again?

Hello, on this screen can you see what i mean on the bottom of the screen by my own character the stripes.

Hello, I have windows 7 32 bit. But before the crash with steam, I didn`t have this problem.

Sorry for the delayed reply. I’ve past this on to the team to investigate.

In the meantime, could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the game and see if that helps?

Hello, I tryed many times to reinstall the game, but it wont work.
Here you can see another screen. My charakter is good now.
Only with pvp screen.

If possible, would you be able to delete this directory:

SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Gems of War\res\Graphics\3\Avatar

And then in your Steam library, right-click on Gems of War and go to Local Files, and select the Verify Local Cache option to see if it fixes it.

Thanks for your advice, but when I do when you said to do.
The stripes wont go away. I dont no what the problem is and why the stripes wont go away
