[Reported] Chests screen is flawed

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
When going to the chests page this is what I see.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Almost every time I go to chests, I’d say 9 times out of 10

Steps to make it happen again
Go to chests

Clicking on one of the completely visible chests and then coming back gives me the screen with all chests, not that it is a really earthshattering bug but it is rather annoying …

Imagine it is the same if you restart as well, they appear normal again too?

Also, is this when you first launch Gems of War and then go straight to the Chest menu?

Or does it happen after you come from a different screen.. for example
You have played PvP > returned to World Map > opened Chests etc

Trying to pinpoint the trigger for the cutoff

Never really paid attention when it happens. It just seem to happen most of the time when I go to the chests menu.
But I’ll keep an eye on it and come back to you.

Thanks so much! Cos yeah, if it happens from launch vs if it happens after completing a specific battle or navigating through certain menus, that will help a heap!

This happens occasionally on PS4 also. Closing and reopening the window has always corrected it.

Update: started the game and went to chest and there it was again, happened yesterday and today again so I guess that is when it’s most likely to happen.

So are you saying it happens when you start up and then it’s all good for the rest of playing?
And not that it’s fine when you first launch, and break later?

Seems so, went to chests right after starting up the game today and it happened again.
Didn’t happen anymore after that.

It’s still happening and not only when starting the game but also when going to chests during play

Have you already verified your steam files for Gems of War?

This also happens on ps4, maybe 1 in 100 times I open the chests screen. It’s not a big deal because you can just reopen it, but it’s unlikely to be caused by device/steam settings.
