Short story: Self explanatory
Long story: I first used it for a solo PVP twink in Anarchy Online back in 2002 and it just stuck moving on to other games from then on. Now 15 years later, and since having kids, it has became more of a self fulfilling prophecy and less of a gamer tag. :sob:

My first nick, back when I started playing arcade cabinet games (Street Fighter 2), was AXE, as I could only use 3 char.
Then I changed it to MAD.
When I started playing games that allowed longer nicknames, I decided that if I was MAD, I wanted to be the King of all Mad around, and so I started using MadKing as my nickname. So, no connection with Shakespeare, GoT and so on

Loyalty and respect are huge for me. I’m also a music artist and the name I go by in that industry is also Loyal.
