Necroing this instead of making a new bug bc I missed capturing the evidence, and I don’t have time right now to mess around and test further
With only one high HP target alive—which did not die—on two casts in a row it appeared sandrunner hit it twice (first/last), but did not apply 2x dmg on either hit, or land a 3rd hit
Just did the epic trials in drifting sands. One match I lost a troop and summoned a sandrunner with Fakyr
The last troop alive on enemy team was Sand Scuttler, just sitting there like a big HP blob, and I cast sandrunner twice with it still alive.
Sandrunner was somewhere in the 50s for damage. Casts were chipping around 110 dmg. Which would be two single dmg hits, or one 2x dmg hit (though the animation looked like 2 hits). I was expecting more like 150 (1 single, 1 2x) or 200 (2 single, 1 2x)
Because the target didn’t die, and there was only one target available to begin with, the “random” selection for 2x damage before the cast should have selected the only target available and followed through, right?
What am I missing?
