1st issue: Renown is shown properly in the hero’s stats on English locale:
However in Russian locale it is being displayed as “+1%”:
2nd issue: Parameters calculations are way off the common math:
Attack: 10+22+6+1=39, not 42 (no medals equipped);
Magic: 8+18+2+0=28, not 29;
Life: 22+37+8+3=70, not 74;
Armor: 16+32+8+2=58, not 62;

1st - need to fix the Russian locale issue to display stats properly;
