Actually, this looks like they translated and broke the placeholder for the first parameter. My guess would be that you’ll always see 1%, no matter how high (or low) your bonus is.

Yes, that’s what happens. Here is the correct English translation entry:
"[RENOWN_STAT]": "+%1 Renown",
and here is the Italian entry:
"[RENOWN_STAT]": "+1% Fama",
