[REPORTED] Shrine of Cunning resetting to 8000 gold

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
That the shrine is resetting to 100,000 gold as it should be.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I observed it over a couple of weeks, see below.

Steps to make it happen again
It is always happening when:

  1. Both shrines reset at the same time
  2. The game is suspended or logged off (technically Alt+F4 on consoles)

Happens also on PC, I am playing on Steam only.
