[REPORTED] Forum signup says invite code is on hero screen, but it's in settings

Platform, device version and operating system:
Android, Pixel 4a

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:

  1. Start a new forum sign up
  2. Get told invite code is in hero screen
  3. Tap hero icon in upper left. Look in hero screen for invite code

Expected:
Invite code visible in hero screen

Actual:
No invite code. Look around interface for long time, eventually find it at the bottom of the settings screen.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
100% - Never seen invite code in hero screen

Steps to make it happen again
Tap hero icon in upper left. Look for invite code.
