Remote CX team idea,

Dev team and CX team, I would like to suggest that you have a member of support working remotley in the USA, UK and perhaps another in westen European country or Asia. By the time daily reset rolls around your are clocking out for the day. Having support in other time zones would make support avalible around the clock and have issues responded to in a more timley manner.

They seem to be quite happy with the way they are currently running the game. Why would they want to spend extra money for something they don’t perceive as a benefit?

It would be easier if they would just push reset time to when they start their working day.
