What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
Some of the in game Troops and Items have error codes (pointers?) instead of their proper names. Examples include Drake Rider and Chakram. I can’t remember the exact format,. but the hero name was something like TROOP_87 and under the power description something similar. Not errors, but pointers to where the data should be found but was not. If more detail is needed I can provide.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
No idea. Installing this game, the android device lacked space; same when it attempted to apply updates. Most of the names are fine, but I know Drake Rider and Chakram are not. Technically I could provide a full list but hopefully I do not need to.

I’m wondering if I just copy down the password to the account and uninstall/reinstall if that will fix the issue.
