They don’t have to survive for their traits to activate post-battle.

Did they change that or does it activate at the time you get souls/gold?
It was always a post-battle modifier.
Sorry I can’t like this suggestion… Sounds pointless and visually intrusive… I’d much rather the devs spent time on more important things like making grinding more fun or less necessary…

This suggestion is for those to keep trace of their earnings, it might be pointless for you but for those who use say tyri’s spell cause random chance to get x item is hard to track. It would also make it easier to track bugs related to gold/soul farming as well.
