When Gems of Wars crashes on the PS4, like every other game after that you get a menu, where you can choose “Report Problem” (optional with video).
I always did this in the past and also asked myself: Does this report reach and help the devs?
Or does this data just die lonely on a sony server?

If you experience a crash or issue and select Report Problem it creates a very generic report with low information. This is visible to the developers and depending on the platform we can see overall crash trends as well so in that sense it can be useful.
If you have a crash or issue that is particularly bad and persistent it’s always best to contact support here or try some troubleshooting.
