What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
To be able to set the guild announcement

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
started today 10.15

Steps to make it happen again
Try to set the announcement?

I do not see any special characters or profanities. I even removed all dots colons and ! marks, and renamed Catweasel to Cat yet I still get this:

Oh and while you are at it you could allow color codes too.

UPDATE:
I called Catweasel simply weasel and it accepted it. The filter is stupid or I don’t know what catweasel means.

if it’s copied from another source and had some formatting on it, try pasting it into notepad 1st (to remove all invisible symbols that might have been copied with it) and than copy-paste it from notepad.

I always type in the announcement. As you can see in the edit it doesn’t like the word “cat”
