I would like to know if there will be new banners with double positive colour in the future, in the same style as the labyrinth.
There’s no indication that there ever will be, unless it’s part of a new feature. That banner was a coding error, and they didn’t want to bother fixing it or acknowledge the mistake.

Don’t be surprised if they issue some using war bands. They can sell those for cash.
