Will these ever be availabke in pvp

Currently they only appear in Explore runs and Delves (excluding Faction Assault delves). One thing these modes have in common is that they are each a “run” of several battles in a row (4 Explore battles + bosses, vs. Delve faction map), something that really isn’t present in PVP.
There’s sometimes the idea that Wandering Merchants should appear in Underspire (as it replaces Explore for the weekly Kingdom) but it did recently receive its own addition with the Treasure Guardian rooms, so I don’t see that happening.
