What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened: What I expected to happen: To get a mechant offer. What actually happened: I was disappointed to not get a merchant offer.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening? I’ve only seen it once. Though, I also haven’t played daily delves since the previous new faction was released, until a few days ago.
Steps to make it happen again: Keep playing more daily delve battles 2-8 to potentially get a merchant offer.
