Lost connection when starting a battle

Huawei P8
Today i get a lost connection error whenever i try to start any kind of battle. Everything else works fine (guild, mail, chat).
What can i do?
Can i reinstall the app without losing my account?

Make sure to record your invite code and password before reinstalling your account so you don’t lose it. :slight_smile:

Looks like there is something wrong with my account. Reinstalling did not help.
When i try link to my account from another device it says:
Level: undefined
Kingdoms: 27
Troops: 251
Progress: 100%
Can you please help me?
