You’ll need to open a support ticket here: Submit a request – Gems of War Support. Select “Appeal a ban” as issue category.
They don’t work weekends so hopefully that’s why you haven’t heard back yet. I hear support is also slow though…
I’m guessing from your screen, they think you’ve botted the treasure map minigame. Did you?
Anyway, unfortunately none of us here can help. Only support can.
Also, ban appeals are the last item on their priority list.
As @Dust_Angel says, ban appeals is not in high priority due the tools they operate with is so often correct.
