cant seem to get into game , on mobile keep getting an error saying that we have to restart game b/c new version is available and needs to update to continue playing but no matter how many times my son trys he keeps getting same error even after restarting the game. cant even send a ticket b/c can not get into game account
There was new version released yesterday.
Try going in game store and downloading update manually. (I always have to do this as Android version, opposed to Steam, never upgrades automatically.)

ty for the answer just seen app store had an update so i manually updated it… my son got his game back tyvm
