I cannot use new weapon from delve

I bought the new weapon from delve at the shop, but it doesn’t appear at my inventory.

This shouldn’t be a normal occurrence, yet it is. Can we please have an event where all of the advertised content is available upon release?

I have the exact same issue.

I purchased tier IV, but as you can see (sorted A-Z) it’s not there.

It isnt fixed, at least not on PS4 anyway. I bought the weapon but cant use it because its not there. Members of my guild having the same problem.
