What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I was expecting to spend Souls to level up Green Slime from lvl 2 to lvl 3. I got an error message telling me not to worry, that my souls weren’t spend.
What are the steps to make it happen again?

We’re aware that everyone is experiencing trouble leveling up the Green slime. We’re currently investigating the issue and will update you once it’s been fixed.

Green Slime should level up correctly now.
Not fixed on iPad Air 2 … have restarted several times and get the same message 
Same here. No iPad Still not level up !
The file changes take 10- 20 minutes to propagate to all the different versions. We’ve done some testing here and confirmed that it can be updated.
Also the game disconnected due to server problem while on PVP.
It’s fixed on Steam.
