Ah, ok. Just a thought. Trying to figure out why it would afflict some people in some guilds but not all.

I had this problem last week with mom. The guilds have to reset on Monday. If still having issues contact Nimhain in support. Sorry, I’m on Ps4 so cannot upload anything right now. Btw we had chest errors and PVP errors also . Battles won then error happens freezing game taking my rewards,glory, gold, trophies and souls away.
