Could someone please tell me how to get ahold of tech support my game has not loaded correctly for the past week all I get is this lore stuff, any help would be greatly appreciated

What do you mean by lore stuff and how is it loading then?

If you are getting the tutorial with only Hero on your team maybe your user data was deleted and you need to finish the tutorial and link your account back on the device (Settings - Account - Link to another account) using registered email and password.
