It is easter now, so it might take some time. When did you send the ticket?
March 22. And in email was written that i accept answer in 24-36 hours
Australia has public holidays Friday and Monday of Easter, so you might have to wait a little longer for a response.
I sent one last Sunday (20th) with no reply and know of at least 6 people who also sent a support ticket recently. Even when they get back to tickets, they are likely backed up 100s of requests.
