(Fixed) Unable to sign onto chat - wont accept SEXC

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
This is simply what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Example: log into chat and the game will not allow it giving me an error message that my username extension, LISARWEN_SEXC “contains bad words.”

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
i have been playing for about 5 weeks. able to log into chat daily. today, the problem began. LISARWEN is my game name. I presume Gems of War assigned/created my username: LISARWEN_SEXC

Steps to make it happen again
I didnt chose or create the SEXC extension on my game name. And besides, with that game generated extension, I’ve been signing into chat for the past 5 weeks. Something happened and now the game will not accept my game generated name :frowning:

Same thing is happening to me. “Arisis Reborn” is my gamertag.

Dear GAW

Sorry, it still will not let me sign on to chat. Same error message: LISARWEN_SEXC contains a bad word.
