Still cannot sign onto chat

Platform: Kindle Fire

Error message says my name “contains bad words” - LISARWEN_SEXC. Does not like the “SEX” word it assigned to me.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Started a few days ago. Happens every time I try to enter chat

Click on the chat icon.
