Error 13 on iPhone and iPad

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was trying to log in to the game; it fails every time now with “ERROR 13” indicating an asset is missing. Restarting the app, rebooting the device (both iPhone and iPad) and reinstalling Gems of War is not enough to resolve the issue.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Consistently, every time I open the game. It began happening this afternoon.

Steps to make it happen again
Unsure what the general repro steps are; for me, simply opening the game now that I’m in whatever state causes this to occur. It happens on both iOS devices so it’s unlikely to be a client-local corruption (perhaps a CDN or asset-server issue).

Same issue on android.

Could you please restart the app and try again now? Just a small hiccup on the server which should now be resolved.
