[Contact Support] Unplayable bug after three intro battles

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
After completing the introductory fights, The Stranger, The Knight, and The Dragon, our game simply does not continue any further. We click start, go through the “cut-scenes,” enter a name and click continue, and it brings us right back to the screen with the three battles on it, creating an endless loop. We are unable to replay any of the fights nor do anything else. We can simply choose a character and enter a name, over and over again.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as verifying game files, but to no avail. I would appreciate any assistance with this issue and would be happy to provide more information if necessary.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
It is a consistent issue that prevents us from playing the game.

Steps to make it happen again
Presently stuck in a loop. I have uninstalled, deleted everything on my computer related to GoW, and reinstalled. The endless loop continues.
