[Contact Support] Gnome a Palooza Keys not received

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
II started a Gnom a Palooza today. During the game I got several keys for the gnome treasury. Just before the end of the game I had a very long hourglass. It doesn’t go any further. After the Gnome a Palooza expired, none of the keys I won were in my inventory! I had 3 keys before the Palooza. After the palooza too. All earned keys were not counted. I expect compensation for the loss.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
