My game has been freezing mid load screen for over a day now. This happens when I first open the game on my phone. I think I need to delete and reinstall the game but I need my account information that is only available while in game, and I can’t even get that far. Has anyone else had this issue, and how would I go about fixing it without losing my account. I would hate to waste literal years of play time, and I don’t think I would even bother starting new.
