Completed Forest of Thorns, but didn't get Rowanne

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I’m playing on Steam Version nad got this bug 20 mins ago.
Finished the mission that should reward Rowanne, but I didn’t got the reward.

What are the steps to make it happen again?
I had error the first time I finished the mission (the one that should reward Rowanne) “seems like the battle has ended, etc…”, then I did the mission again and when I finished it the game just brought me to the next mission without giving rewards.

You need to complete all story line missions to get the troop of that kingdom. If you only do one or 2 missions then you will not get the troop. However if you came to the end of the story line and went into the class story line and did not get her then it might be a bug. The class story line talks of a mystical and powerful class called archer.

Support should be able to help with this.

It’s a little slow atm due to holidays and what not, but should be able to quickly fix this up upon returning.
