I am receiving a message saying I cannot connect to the chat servers. Can this message mean it is on my end or are others having the same problem?

The game was awfully slow when I first booted it up this morning which made me wonder if something is messed up with my connection.

I’m on now and chat is fine. Perhaps it’s on your end? Was chatting with guild mates so can definitely say some others are not affected.
