Can someone please help when I'm on my xbox one s all digital gems of war says request timed out but when I am on my og xbox one it works fine

What do I do to fix it on my one s all digital I will tell you what I have done that I tried
1.uninstall it and reinstall
2.restarted it
3.i checked my wifi it’s not that
4. Did all of these together
So what the hell is wrong with it please help me
