I consider myself a mid-game player, but your right I’m probably not.
I will be happy to help with setting you up with a strong Invade team with what troops you have (as you only need one in the early game).
There was a lot of discussion concerning req. NOT on the public forums. I only interjected due to some accidental communication issues, and trying to convey that the game is changing, there is no way for early players to slow it down.
In addition, to updating the requirements in a week or two, will have to change them again in October as the 2.1 Guild update will roll out.
I have played through a bunch of changes in both systems but the console version will be in the most flux ever through the end of the year as we accelerate up to the PC/mobile version over a few months. I might seem like a lot to early players but everyone will get through it.
Nothing was ever discussed about making our Guild hardcore, in fact the opposite. Don’t worry, the requirements will not be insurmountable to hit.
I started playing in July so I’m still relatively new to the game. This is also my first guild with reqs. I’m impressed by how organized our guild is. It’s also great to be able to communicate with other members.
I would definitely appreciate any advice including team building. My main team is treant alchemist valk banshee. Their stats look pitiful compared to my opponents but I’ve won nearly every battle. I would like to build a faster team. My treant team is very reliable but the battles take 5-10min each.
I never intended to slow anything down… I read some of the old birch team thread and it seemed like you guys had a lot of fun. I have been a little concerned that raising the requirements could make the game more of a chore and less fun.
The upcoming guild update looks great! I’m looking forward to that. You’re right that the reqs will need to be changed again.
Guild Announcement has been changed: NO SOULS OR MAPS!! AT ALL!! stop this. You can spend 1000 gold to play 2 turns in the arena for 100 souls with no extra armor. you can fight with with Valk. STOP SPENDING 22K IN GOLD for 100 measly souls. staaaaaaaaaaahp IT.
New rule in for getting caught getting souls or maps in guild: 1st time, warning. 2nd time, not counting the gold put into those tasks into your weekly totals, 3rd time, demotion, 4th booting. I’ve been getting screen shots for proof. ETA: THIS IS THE WARNING.
I’m not betting against you, @Verdugo I’m sure people will. But there’s a few Guildies who don’t do the fb group, and now I’m wondering if they come here, at all. But they aren’t reading the guild announcement that’s for sure… (grumble)

Niko you have restart your guild Unlimited in your own post… you kicked Me and all Members for few weeks ago because (you have said) you have no time for leading the Guild Unlimited. I am not the Person who has to decide if you can join this Guild here, but i talked to the other Ex-Guild-Members of Unlimited and they got very pissed off, me too…, because no one has got a Reason for the Kicking and some has become answers from you, but all of them were different.
It is not a Problem if someone has no time for this or what ever, but without any Reason or any warning just quit and delete the Guild is really bullshit.

Be at least level 50
Colonels (level 2) - should score at least 200K gold per week (+/- 10), majors (level 3) - 175K (+/- 10), captains (level 2) 150K (+/- 10)
Private (rank 1) - if you are demoted to private you’ve got 5 days to improve
RULES OF PROMOTION:
When You want go up in ranks You must score min req for that rank + 20
If you wish to retain rank, you must keep scoring in your rank level, else be demoted to level where you are scoring. (vacations time are exempt as long as we know about it.)
If You don’t want to be promoted it is enough to score min req - 10
Rule for anyone with “invite” privileges: Please don’t invite your friends to the guild without them going through Birch Team Bis first. We need to know they plan on sticking around, can make minimums, and are making our family better and stronger.
Rule for anyone with “promote” privileges: Please don’t mess with rankings. Let the GM do the ranks.
Anyone who feels uncomfortable being in BT because of reqs, or because you are still working on your kingdom levels, or want a more laid back play style, this is why we have BT Bis around:) way more casual, still family. If you’re in Bis, and you want to move to BT, you’re first in line if we have room.
