I purchased a bundle and haven’t received the items yet. I also think I should have the plus bundle but can’t see where I ever had it either. Is there somewhere specific I need to go to get this?
You need to open a support ticket. If the items did not appear pretty much right away, try totally reseting, if they dont appear at that point, you need to open a support ticket to request the items. I too am having this issue right now.
