I will make a note of that for Quality of Life Improvements. If it wasn’t added by the dev there might have been a reason.

Regarding this issue that Calv1n posted, has anyone else noticed it on their platform? I saw another player on Steam report this but we couldn’t reproduce it in the office.

@Calv1n How long did your have your PS4 open for when this occurred? Does it happen with a freshly launch GoW/every time? Or only occasionally?

I wasn’t aware there was an issue with this, you might want to provide more details

Xbox. Select “change profile” now freezes the game.

Also, changing controllers and pressing xbox guide button now freezes the game, where previously it would quit the game to dashboard.

Unable to connect to PSN Profiles from within the game - this has now been resolved by @GoldPhoenix0 ! Please relaunch your game to see the changes/fix. Please note that this may take some time to take affect, and you may have to wait until the player has logged in at least once since the fix to see their profile.

A small QoL request for Xbox (and probably PS4 as well).

When selecting a banner and you go past Zhul Kari you’re all the way back to Adana. Could you change it to either not go back to the beginning or that pressing left on the troop select lets you go back Zhul Kari?

@Cyrup the PS4 was not on very long less than 90 minutes

The “level a troop to “X” level” or “unlock a trait” daily tasks have been a thorn in the side of end game players for a long time as many of us don’t always have a troop that needs a trait or can be levelled so we often get these tasks that can not be completed and are replaced the following day

I know people have been reporting wins counting as losses. Just had it happen to me too, not sure how many I’ve had go this way but I noticed this one. It should have been my first loss of the week, I have two…

You will need to contact Support with “missing rewards” or technical issue if you would like us to verify that this is apart of the known issue we have with wins/counting as losses. :slight_smile: Generally playing PVP first before the other gamemodes after you launch the game will prevent the issue.

@maze So when you scroll past Zhul’Kari in the banners list the scrolling zips back to Adana?

@Fleg This sounds like a performance issue caused by having the game open for a long time, you will want to consider closing/opening it again to prevent the issue.

Yes, the dev team implemented some some sort of feature to return to the opposite end of the list when scrolling past the top or bottom. I.E. when in the troop filter menu and you choose an option like race or kingdom. The same behavior is also in the banner select screen, but only goes past the right and brings you back to the left, not the other way around.

Filtering pets by “upgradeable” puts lv20 mythic pet first instead of last. Xbox.

Joking aside, they are so many strange thing that starting to happened since the weekly reset. I’m on Android, and I start to encounter many visual bugs that I’ve seen getting reported on the forum before. This is the list of issues.

  • Everytimes I opened a game, 0.79 MB asset always started to downloaded. So it take an extra minute every boot-up.
  • First hour after weekly reset, the game was acting similarly to when you reinstall the game. Around 38 MB of data was downloaded. All card picture need some seconds to download before display. Happened only once, everything seemed fine after a hour.
  • Visual issues with card started to randomly happened; wrong pictures for troops in troop manu, card boarder suddenly disappear in the middle of the match for some seconds, and the whole pictures of spells were moved and dissappeared to the left, leaving the half of it on cards.
  • Poor game connection. It might be my own weak internet signal, but the game seem to disconnect every 5-10 minutes, much more than usual, after weekly reset. So it caused Invasion match longer to load to victory scene, and PvP often jumped back to main map after finishing battle.
  • Wrong Pet Rescue remaining time display, as seen on the picture above.

The first two issues should now be resolved - the development team noticed an odd issue with the assets that were going to live, which caused some general issues such as redownloading all assets to the game (e.g. troops, art), slowly loading battles, and so forth. This has since been fixed. If you reopen the game are you still having this issue? This might also affect your third and last issue regarding the Pet.

Finally for the PVP connection issues, if they continue happening please contact support with Technical Issue select, that looks like something we would need further information and to troubleshoot with you on!

Thanks for the reply, Cyrup. The game is doing fine after a few hours yesterday. But last hour, the asset was downloaded once again, but that was intentional like you said.

If I encounter more problem in the next few hours again, I’ll let you know. Thanks for the clarification! :grinning:
