Well @Cyrup it seems this is going to be ugly. I do not want it but it seems that i have.

First of all a little recap

10 DAYS AGO, i contacted you, like many others, to tell you about a pvp problem i, and many others, experienced. I,as others, were continuously reset to rank 15 in pvp.

We got no response of any of you for around 10 DAYS.

Tonight i got your response : too ā€œdifficultā€ for the forum to handle, contact support.

In case you dont know YET, this issue was resolved with weekly reset 8 DAYS AGO. But you contacted me 2h ago to contact support.

So would i contact support to claim,… not worth it.

So, and there is the ugly part, your community managers Cyrup and Saltypatra does not do the job they re payed for.

And it seems to be your commun way of doing it… fail, trying to doing it… fail, screensmoking it… fail, then trying to do it again… fail… and with bug between.

First two perks on hero classes are completely blacked out. Ps4

Thanks for that! I sent you some compensation. This issue ties in with the PVP battle loss/wins and you should be receiving the correct rewards in 3.3!

Thanks for the screenshot @mld-81 - just to clarify, this issue is happening when you showed that screenshot, the actual rewards after the battle are displaying correctly?

Salty is away. I was also on leave for a week. If you expect support and assistance during this time and you were concerned about your problem I would have hoped that you would contact support or someone else if you were not receiving a response. You have been here for a few years and know that there are other ways to get help if needed. :slight_smile: I recapped with the support team and found that the issue was resolved, but at the time of writing that post to you no one had come into the office yet. Sorry for trying to respond to you quickly?

Yes. Display screen as the rewards are shown is showing incorrectly (see screenshot) but on the final screen afterwards shows correctly. It was never like this before and isn’t an issue personally, just a noticed visual bug.

No, won’t be until it’s officially released.
I was playing around cause the release was still speculation at that point.

Nope nothing. But thats not my point, i don’t want them to compensate. If that bug had not fixed itself with the weekly reset and with the late response, it would have been three weeks without pvp for me.

Whats bugging me its that i already had problems in game and the help and support was great and fast. And i, as others, see that is going done the drain.

We don’t _intentionally_wait to respond, our average first response time is actually 24 hours (RIP this comment when 3.3. releases). This does increase with releases, though :woman_shrugging: @Fred

I honestly find this an odd comment as we have recently received many positive comments lately regarding our support. Please feel free to message me with any suggestions or feedback you have on improving support (and by support I mean Technical Support, not the forums). The gem compensation is for players who get delayed responses to their tickets, it’s not to do with the forums.

Closing for 3.3. Known Issues thread. The new update should be propagating slowly across Steam now, all other platforms will release slowly later today.

Please wait for the next update to confirm if you are still having a 3.2.5 issue or not.
