So i have been playing for a while now and I have got my mana Masteries into the 30’s. So why have i still not even gotten the weapon cards you unlock at like level 10 Mastery?? I am very confused

Oh well that answers my question right there. I thought it was your Mastery level in total. So it only counts toward the Mastery you have earned from your hero? So excluding Guild and Kingdoms.
I believe so, yes. Otherwise anyone who joined a top guild would automatically have access to all weapons.
