[RESOLVED] Prismatic Orb - How Do I Get It?

When do I get this thing??? All Mastery is way over 25. So when do I get it??? Do I have to clear something as well???

Your base masteries need to be above 25; guild, kingdom, and other bonuses don’t count. You should be able to check these from the hero menu at the top left of the map screen.

Only your hero mastery counts for that, colors you choose when you level up
