What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting someone to put the new text through a spell-checker! (And a grammar checker, just to make sure any grammatcial deviations are deliberate.)
What happened was we got two more typos. 
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Every time we get new text.
