Unfortunately I cannot screenshot this issue as the problem is the game completely freezing. There is no visual change to the game to document nor any pop up.
What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened
I will click on the “troops” tab of the menu and the game will simply freeze. This does not happen if I click troops immediately upon loading the game. Playing for a small amount of time and then click the troops button will immediately freeze the game.
Only once, I waited upwards of 4 minutes and the game eventually loaded the troops menu, but this was the only time waiting made any difference. I typically have to completely restart. Someone in my guild also mentioned having this issue and that he had to restart.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
This began for me only this week and is fairly recent but occurs several times a day.
Steps to make it happen again
Playing a few rounds of PVP and then attempting up click troops will usually cause the crash.
