I spent gems on the event this week and was never given the tokens of sand. Really frustrating. The game keeps prompting me to equip the event medals when i battle for the event but i never received the medals.
At this point i would like to have the gems refunded.

Iām sure you are aware already but just incase:
Tokens can not be equipped, only their respective badges and medals. 3 tokens are needed to make a badge, 3 badges are needed to make a medal. Badges and Medals are the ones that can be equipped to give a skill boost
Could you get us a screenshot to show us your medal inventory so we can try to help you?
