What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
Noticed the lack of the word ‘unique’ in the fang moor task, so thought I’d test, expecting the task to be achievable with non-unique fang moor troops: no love.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Just a small text adjustment, presumably: so every time this text appears on a task?
Steps to make it happen again
Get this task and try to complete it with non-unique troops. 
Then again, seeing how Anu’s Scepter text has been pending adjustment for more than a year, not holding my breath on this one
