What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
first of all my english is bad.
after the 6.9 update I notice that the points in the team score do not increase, I have upgraded half the kingdoms with 2-3 levels, I have upgraded the hero level but the team score does not change.
my teams have the following 3 points scores
18397 (with hero and doomed/mythic (+10) weapon)
18340 (with hero and legendary (+9) weapon)
17462 (no hero)
