And those “_____born” troops have a third trait that randomly creates a single corresponding gem at the start of their turn (fireborn creates a red gem, natureborn creates a green, etc). Interesting, but what are the odds it ends up like the Wyrm faction and locks the board?

There’s also some details filled in for two troops (Fox Mage / Maugrim Woods; Summer Sprite / Bright Forest) with a third trait that seems linked to the “My Journey” stuff previously suggested. Their spells are rather pedestrian, but they look like they might be necessary for whatever it is that new game mode is supposed to be.

So, a kingdom for Construct class later and then another for Wargare?
Great. My suspicions were just about Elementalist. And let me guess talents: Fire, Water, Wind?
Also, possibly Nexus will be a gate to another plane (just like Sin of Maraj opens access to Underworld).
What else? There will be 15 troops + 1 Legendary Construct “The Lovers” (like all other “Tarot” themed cards: “The Emperor”, “The Moon”, “The Sun”, “The Star”). And 4 faction troops also, that’s 20 in total, so the kingdom will be able to get up to power 11. Then we’ll see Boss fighter, Tower sieger, Bounty hunter, useful this, useless that. Pile a bunch of Event keys to spend them on this kingdom’s week.
BTW, a weird banner that Umbral Nexus has: +2 Purple, +1 Yellow, -1 Green. That’s Dark Court’s banner, why repeat?..

Got 600+ atm, will probably be near 2k until end of year. Do I need more? 
It takes 630 event keys to have a 50% chance of pulling a mythic troops. Even if you spent 2520 event keys, you would have a 1 in 16 chance of striking out. If your intent is to collect ‘em all as soon as the kingdom comes out (and if there is a mythic available at release), your best bet is to accumulate as many event keys as possible.
I wonder what to do with the vast supplies of gold keys some people have collected. Perhaps the most efficient way to spend them is to use event keys until you collect all the troops, then use gold keys in an attempt to fill out the common/rare troops from that kingdom. Except there might be another kingdom coming, necessitating the same degree of spending. Hoo, boy. We need to know more before we can begin to formulate a strategy.

Just collect as many gold keys, glory keys, glory, gem keys, event keys and guild seals as you can, then spend them on day X. But wisely: you’ll just need to get all troops to Mythics, and then continue piling them for the next kingdom.
Does that date look plausible?
Weekend event for new classes, so kingdom on that Monday maybe?

I wonder how many gold keys you would need these days to pull 191 of a particular common troop or 91 of a particular rare troop? We have way more in the drop pool now than when last kingdom was released.
If a mythic is released at launch I think that’s funny because lots of endgamers will probably max out all new troops while chasing new mythic with event keys and not need any of the 100’s of thousands gold keys they’ve been saving for just this occasion lol.
Also ascension orbs open up more options too. Long story short, getting new kingdom troops to mythic won’t be any problem at all for endgamers. Only the new mythic might prove elusive if not enough event keys but will show up in soulforge later anyway.

You won’t need a new Tower troop because they don’t seem to be introducing a new “race”. Not every kingdom has one, although they did release a “bonus” one for Glacial Peaks during one of the early campaigns when there were Towers in the opposition that week and no GP Siegebreaker.
I’m hoping that this is the idea, that it will lead to whatever replaces the Underworld and delves once we get the last two. Or three, I suppose, since Nexus will probably get one as well.
Only after the 4th Daemon and Elf Kingdoms are released though.

I’m saving gems on bounty events and using my gold keys to mythic them afterwards, so i usualy don’t have more than 200 gold keys on hand 
But got some 20k+ of gem + glory combined…
Guess, that kingdom troops will get ascended every now and then, when new mythic shows up and i’ll burning that up… or i might use troop creation in SF, if there’s a troop i’m hunting for…
