The new troops – Eleanor, Mysterious Hero, the Guardian Dragon, and the Militiaman come from Sword’s Edge and can be found from Chests after weekly reset. (This will allow players to update to 6.8 before these new troops are released.)

About that time I suppose.

Got militiaman from gold chests, and mysterious hero from glory… spent 300k glory chasing the other two but no luck thus far

I wouldn’t even stress it. There’s a Sword’s Edge Event Week on March 27, easy to scoop them all up then.
