Unless it has been changed it’s actually tier 2. It now takes 14 challenge battles to get to 6 stars.

Based on the troop graphics we have in the game, we can expect version 4.6 to come around mid-November.
Weird. EDIT: Ignor the following. It must depend on the kingdom. Zhul’Kari is in Group 1 of kingdoms. I was doing challenges in Pridelands which is Group 10. I have cleared tier 4 there and still don’t have power level 6.
Are you sure it’s not one of the two other tasks that’s blocking your progress?
It may have been changed since then. I’m pretty sure when I was playing just after the update came out Sword of Heroes didn’t have it’s nerf yet.
Yep they must have changed it last night. I just went in to double check. It showed that I had cleared 4 tiers but still didn’t give me credit for that power level thing. But when I did one level of tier 5, it kicked in. This is a great development because clearing 2 tiers is not so bad. But clearing 5 tiers just sucks the life out of you. So boring.
Where do I find the Deeds to level up the kingdoms?
In the Adventure Board, but there haven’t been any yet.

Also pay attention to your flash offers.
The spell of the upcoming War Wolf either has an incorrect description or a serious balance issue.
“Explode a Gem. Create 4 Red Gems, boosted by Skulls. [3x]”
turns half the board to red gems,
“Explode a Gem. Create 4 Red Gems, boosted by Skulls destroyed. [3x]”
is probably the intended behavior.

I assume it’s just another variation of the Turtle Cannon or Rover-300.
Next week’s looking to be a good one. In addition to what will likely be the best Mythic release of 2019 so far, there’s the glory troop Volthrenax. Normally these “explode one gem” types are boring, but lordy thats some good damage! If you can hit at least 3 yellow gems, Volthrenax becomes the hardest-hitting AoE dragon, doing more damage than both Elemaugrim and Krystenax. Will that make it usable on endgame teams?
Kinda crazy we’re at the point where doing good damage and some board control may not be enough to be usable anymore.

I really, really hope I can pull this new Mythic! 
I saved up far more keys/seals than I did for the past 4-5 releases, and hope it makes a difference. I still haven’t pulled a new Mythic yet.

I read the information that we would have the Deeds for kingdom enhancement through AB and Flash Offers. But as I didn’t see it at AB, I figured it wasn’t yet available on Flash Offers either. It would be very unfair to be offered in Flash Offers and not in game for most players.
I am still waiting for the AB update. I found it a little illogical to have the kingdoms already with the possibility of new levels released, but without the means to acquire the resources.
I saw some Deeds came on one of AB’s battle lines yesterday, but none came today. Does this mean that the Deeds will come randomly in AB? So will we have to be lucky enough to come one of the Deeds (6 different colors) along with the chance to come gold, souls, glory, shards, multi-color pet food and multi-color traitstones too?
I was a little frustrated, with a relatively small amount, and on rare and random days, it will take centuries to improve all our kingdoms. So sad.

It currently looks like they’ll be about as common as the “Kill 150 troops” task, give or take a little.
So, 1 in every 3 months, give or take, given the luck I’ve had with “Kill 150”.
Sounds like you got really unlucky with that one, they should usually show up like once or twice a month.
