Scythe burning empty place? (invalid)

Enemy was down to last troop, I used Burning scythe and it only dealt damage, no burn effect. Happend 2x in the same game. When enemy team was intact it did actually apply burn.

EDIT: False alarm, Behemoth was immune to burn.

which troop was it? some are immune to burn.

I just used mine on Sunweaver when they was the last troop and it burned him/her

Not to get all off topic but how does one get the Burning Scythe? I don’t see it on the weapon list anywhere and it looks like a pretty solid upgrade from my Wicked Scythe.

I think you need the right amount of spell mastery to obtain it, but I’ve no idea how much that would be, my guess is more than 50? I think all the legendary weapons have it around that.

I got it on first level-up after update along with another weapon, should be mastery-dependent.
