What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened?
I was expecting the World Map to be locked down while I’m in global or guild chat. It is not. It can be seen zooming in and out in the background if I use the mouse-wheel to scroll through chat.
What are the steps to make it happen again?
Go to chat, use mouse-wheel to scroll, observe.
