[Reported] Vulperus' spell does not target 3 enemies

What you were expecting to happen, and what actually happened:
I was expecting Vulperus to target 3 random enemies, as its spell says.
What actually happen : it chooses the targets before applying the damages. So if it selects several times the same target and if that target dies beforehand, it does not target another alive troop.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Every time it wants to target a troop already dead.

Steps to make it happen again
Launch a battle with low enemies (explo 1 typically), fill Vulperus, cast it.
If its selects two times the same troop before beginning to deal damage, it will not deal damage 3 times like it should.

Can confirm this is still present as of 7.2 (Switch). I can provide video if needed.

In my case, there were (low level) enemies in slots 2,3,4 (slot 1 was killed) and I cast Vulperus for damage. Intuitively, this should have won the battle. Instead, the spell struck (and killed) enemies #2, #4, but no third hit occurred.

So far, it seems like the first two hits always target different enemies (if possible), but I have not exactly been tracking it statistically…
